Our poster “Der Aufstand In Person” got awarded Gold in the Category E, Motion Poster at Bienal de Diseño y Cartel Bolivia BICeBé. We thank the festival, it’s organizers and the jury!

DAM Architectural Book Award 2025

„The Joinery Compendium“ is one of the prize winners of this years’ DAM Architectural Book Award that was awarded by the Deutsches Architekturmuseum in Frankfurt and thus currently exhibited at Frankfurt Book Fair.

Frankfurt Book Fair 2025

Stiftung Buchkunst invited us to be part of a panel talk at Frankfurt Book Fair. On October 16 between 12–12:30, we will discuss with Birte Kreft and Lucas Mott (Managing Director Salzer Papier), how sustainable a high-quality, functionally designed book can be. See you in Hall 3.1, Booth K95.

Presenting “The Best German Book Design 2025”

On behalf of Stiftung Buchkunst, we will present our newly designed catalogue for “The Best German Book Design 2025” together with its release this Friday, September 5, in Museum Angewandte Kunst, Frankfurt. We are looking forward seeing familiar faces.

The Best German Books 2025

Design Summer academy

The studio will host a two-week workshop during Design Summer academy 2024 in Hangzhou, China, later this month.

3×Weltformat

(October 1, 2023)

We will take part in several exhibitions at “Weltformat” in Lucerne (CH) this year. At Kornschütte, 100 Beste Plakate D/A/CH (100 Best Posters) will show its annual exhibition, where our poster for Ann-Kathrin Müller & Judith Engel is part of the selection. Furthermore, the Bourbaki cinema will host two more exhibitions: They show winning and participating drafts to Kieler Woche since the 1960s (ground floor) as well as a selection of lost pitches where we were also able to contribute our identity for „The Limits To Growth“, the competition entry together with BH&F for the German pavillion at the 18th International Architecture Biennal in Venice.

We claimed third prize at Kieler Woche. Congratulations to Jumping He for a tremendous poster design and thank you to the jury, as well as the city of Kiel for hosting us.

Kieler Woche 2023

We have been invited to take part of the prestigious Kieler Woche (Kiel Sailing Week) competition and will take part at Kieler Woche for the briefing later this month.

Workshop at INT’L

We will be hosting a workshop at INT’L March 3o–April 2 on variable and kinetic typography; it is called Community Characters.
